Rodie and Honey may look like an unlikely pair-a 97-pound Labrador mix and a tiny 10-pound Yorkie mix-but for years, they've been each other's family. Through every change and every chapter of life, they've had one constant: each other.

Now, these two sweet seniors are hoping for a new beginning.

Rodie, an 8-year-old lemon-and-white Lab mix, is the gentle giant of the duo. Honey, a 10-year-old tan Yorkie mix, is his tiny sidekick with a heart just as big. Together, they prove that love comes in all sizes.

They aren't asking for much. No marathons. No endless adventures. Just a soft bed, a peaceful home, and someone to love them through their golden years.

Both Rodie and Honey are house-trained, good with children, and have lived successfully with other dogs. They're easygoing companions who thrive in a calm environment where they can simply enjoy being part of a family. Whether they're relaxing by your feet, sharing quiet moments on the couch, or greeting you with grateful tails and happy eyes, they have a way of making a house feel like home.

Our greatest wish is for Rodie and Honey to be adopted together. Their bond is beautiful, and they bring comfort and confidence to one another. But with shelters facing overcrowding and senior dogs often waiting the longest, we are also open to separate adoptions if it means each of them can find the loving home they deserve.

Senior dogs have a special kind of love to give-steady, loyal, and deeply grateful. Rodie and Honey have spent their lives giving their hearts to others. Now they need someone willing to give theirs a safe place to rest.
