Matilda - Chihuahua and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Glenelg, Maryland

Hi, I'm Matilda. I am very timid at first, but I will warm up after a couple days - I just need time to get to know and trust you. I am not fear aggressive, I will cower and run and hide when I am nervous. While I am good with most dogs, I'm not a fan of big dogs; I will bark at them, hoping they go away. Likely I'd be fine with cats due to my timid nature. Currently, I am very much a couch potato and lap dog. I am quiet, low key and would love to sleep in bed with you. I am pee pad trained, but will potty outside if you take me out. Also, I will need a little work walking on leash. My perfect home will be calm and quiet, no young children running about every day since I am very timid. I'd do best in a single family home or townhome with a fenced yard. Definitely no city living for me!
