Hi I'm Jasmine, Eli's daughter. Unfortunately, our owner passed away and the family could not keep us, so we landed with Hatton Animal Rescue. I am a bit timid with people but I'll come around in a day or so if you have the patience to give me the time I need to feel comfortable. Once I feel comfortable, I am fine being picked up (but sometimes will fear-pee if you move to quickly) and since I know my name, I will come when called. I am more daring and confident than my daughter, Jasmine, but quick movements make me nervous, and I will run and hide. I am good with other dogs and cats, but I am afraid of big dogs and will bark and carry on.
I am crate and housetrained if you take me out on a regular schedule - I don't necessarily ask to go out. I am not leash trained, but imagine with work and practice, I can learn how. My foster feels that I'd likely do best in an adult home with fenced yard and adopters who are patient and easy going and willing to take both of us. Children visiting would be fine, but both Eli and Jasmine will likely run and hide.
Hatton Animal Rescue spends significantly more on each dog than the adoption fee covers; please consider making a tax-deductible donation by visiting us at https://www.hattonanimalrescue.org/sponsor. Donations help us offset vetting, boarding costs, and additional medical treatments for dogs who need it. For more information on Hatton Animal Rescue, visit our website at: hattonanimalrescue.org.
