Flash - Weimaraner Dog for Adoption in Lacon, Illinois

This is Flash. He is a hoot. He has a rolodex of attention seeking strategies to gain your attention: lying down, rolling over, presenting his belly. Does he know any of these commands? Absolutely not. "Sit" means all these things to him, but he is eager for attention and eager to please, so he does anything to get that love and attention that he desires. Flash was born in mid-January, weighs 36 pounds and is a male Weimaraner mix. An absolute doll!

The ARK does vet checks. To speed up the adoption process during open viewing hours, we encourage adopters to bring along copies of their vet records, which would include proof of spay-neuters, up-to-date on vaccines, and proof of heartworm testing and prevention for dogs.
