Okay- funny back story. The rescue that we pulled Cyprus from was told he was a Lhasa Apso. After Cyprus was rescued, it was clear that he was something bigger -MUCH BIGGER. He already weighs 25 pounds. He has massive paws. A very long body like a basset hound and double dew claws like a Pyrenees. We shall label his breed as Heinz 57. He will have a long grey coat when it grows out. Come to the rescue if you are interested in adopting the most unique dog in the shelter.

The ARK does vet checks. To speed up the adoption process during open viewing hours, we encourage adopters to bring along copies of their vet records, which would include proof of spay-neuters, up-to-date on vaccines, and proof of heartworm testing and prevention for dogs.
