Meet Lucy, a one-and-a-half-year-old Terrier/Chihuahua mix weighing 11 pounds.

Lucy is a scruffy little firecracker with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! This busy girl is always on the move, ready to play, explore, or tell you all about her day. She's quite the talker and isn't shy about sharing her opinions, especially if there's a squeaky toy involved! Her goofy, high-energy personality and adorable scruffy looks make her impossible not to love.

Lucy was lovingly owner surrendered because her family no longer had enough time to give her the attention and exercise she deserves. Now she's looking for a home where she can be an active, cherished member of the family.

According to her previous family, Lucy lived successfully with children, other dogs, chickens, and ducks. She was also potty trained in her home, giving her a wonderful foundation as she settles into a new routine.

Lucy will thrive with an active family that can keep up with her energetic spirit and provide plenty of playtime, enrichment, and companionship. She has enough love, personality, and enthusiasm to keep everyone smiling—and she'll happily provide a running commentary along the way!
