Meet Schist.

At just 10 months old, Schist has already overcome more than most pups ever should.

She came from a hoarding situation with over 60 dogs, and while the world is still a little new (and sometimes scary), she’s slowly discovering what it means to feel safe, loved, and cherished.

Schist may be shy and nervous when you first meet her, but give her a little time and patience, and you’ll see her true self shine through.

Once she knows she’s safe, she turns into the sweetest little shadow, snuggling close, climbing into your lap, and soaking up every bit of love and attention she can get.

She’s food motivated which makes bonding and training a breeze, and her adorable ears and stunning striped markings make her as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside.

Because of her past, Schist will need a secure home and a family committed to keeping her safe. She can be a bit of a flight risk when she’s unsure.

A calmer home without young kiddos will help her continue building confidence at her own pace.

Schist is around 10 months old and has been spayed here with us. She is also microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and kept on prevention here with us.

With stability, patience, and love, Schist is going to blossom into the most loyal, devoted companion. She’s just waiting for someone to show her that forever really does exist.

Our adoption fees includes the pets spay or neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm + flea + tick disease testing, fecal check, and any medical care needed while staying with us. All adoption fees can be found on our website.

The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application which can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.
