Meet Granite.

At just 10 months old, Granite has already seen more of the world than any puppy should.

She came to us from a hoarding situation with over 60 dogs, and while that past has made her a little shy at first, it’s also made her incredibly resilient and deeply deserving of a fresh start.

Granite sometimes just needs a moment to feel safe but once she does, her whole world opens up.

Her tail starts wagging like it has a mind of its own, and those soft, hopeful eyes light up with quiet joy.

She’s already made a few doggy friends here at the shelter, showing us that beneath her timid exterior is a sweet, social soul just waiting to blossom.

She would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue to learn what love, comfort, and security truly feel like.

Because of her past, she can be a bit skittish and may try to bolt if frightened, so a home without young children and with a secure environment will help her feel her safest.

Granite’s delicate whiskers, gentle spirit, and longing gaze tell a story of a dog who just wants to belong. She doesn’t need perfection, just someone willing to go slow, earn her trust, and show her that the world can be kind.

Granite is just 10 months old and has recently been spayed here with us. She is also microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and kept on prevention here with us.

Our adoption fees includes the pets spay or neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm + flea + tick disease testing, fecal check, and any medical care needed while staying with us. All adoption fees can be found on our website.

The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application which can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.
