Gus - Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Saugus, Massachusetts

Okay, so his brother Oliver got the scruffy hair... Gus got the sleek little black coat and a face that is cute as a BUTTON.

You need to MEET GUS

Gus is a sweet, happy, playful puppy who is learning all the things at his very own pace. Ok so he may not be quite as quick to figure out the Puppy 101 handbook as his brother.. but that's ok like who cares when you're THIS adorable?!
He's a happy little guy who loves being part of the action and is just as lovable in his own completely different way. ‍

And yes, he's a black puppy. We know they can sometimes be overlooked in a sea of adorable faces, but spend five minutes with Gus and we're pretty sure you'll understand exactly why we think he's pretty darn perfect.

He's fostered with other dogs and working on crate training and all his puppy basics.

Before applying, please make sure you're ready for everything PUPPY: wet kisses, puppy antics, energy, fun, training, patience and the time it takes to help a puppy grow into an amazing adult dog.

A Note About Our Bios:

Our bios are based on feedback from each dog's current foster family. Every dog may respond differently as they transition into a new home, so we cannot guarantee how a transition will affect them. Time, patience, and understanding are key when welcoming a new dog. Breed mixes and ages are our best estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

The terrier is a spirited and intelligent dog breed known for its feisty personality and boundless energy. Terriers come in various sizes and coat types, but they all share a common heritage as fearless and determined hunters. These dogs are typically highly trainable, making them versatile companions for active individuals and families alike. With their loyalty and playful demeanor, terriers are beloved for their endless enthusiasm and affectionate nature.

The Gals Best Pal Rescue Mission is to be a voice for the voiceless as it advocates for the dogs...
