Harley Jade Smith - Blue Lacy and American Staffordshire Terrier Dog for Adoption in Saugus, Massachusetts

HARLEY JADE SMITH

Harley is one of those happy, affectionate girls who just LOVES to be loved. Scratch behind her ears and she melts. Offer a belly rub and she's rolling right over, tail wagging the entire time.

She's got the cutest playful side too, sometimes rolling onto her back with a toy in her mouth looking VERY proud of herself. Give this girl a comfy dog bed, some love and a person to hang with and she is HAPPY.

Harley was adopted as a puppy in 2022 but unfortunately found herself back at the shelter a few years later when she became too strong for her elderly owner. She eventually landed on the euthanasia list, despite shelter volunteers absolutely RAVING about her.

Harley is housebroken, does great in her crate and walks nicely on leash. She's great with other dogs, but could also happily be your one & only! She's awesome!!

Basically, she's ready to be your on-the-go sidekick by day + snuggle buddy by night.

The American Staffordshire Terrier, also known as the Amstaff, is a medium sized, muscular breed known for its loyalty and courage. Developed in the United States, they are intelligent and affectionate dogs, making them great family companions. With a distinctive short coat and strong build, American Staffordshire Terriers are often misunderstood due to their past as fighting dogs, but they are actually loving and playful pets when raised in a nurturing environment. They thrive on human interaction and are eager to please their owners.

The Blue Lacy, also known as the Lacy Dog, is a medium sized breed hailing from Texas, renowned for its intellect, agility, and loyal nature. Originally bred for working purposes, particularly herding and hunting, this breed thrives on physical activity and mental stimulation. With their striking blue coat and amber eyes, Blue Lacys are versatile and hard working companions, excelling in various tasks, such as tracking, hunting, agility, and even search and rescue. This breed is ideal for active owners seeking a devoted and skillful partner.
