CLARICE - Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Richmond, California

Clareece is a sweet girl who just needs a little time and patience to feel comfortable in a new environment. She can be shy when meeting new people, but with a gentle approach and plenty of encouragement, she'll have the opportunity to build confidence and let her personality shine.

With her medium energy level, Clareece would love a home where she can enjoy a balanced routine of relaxing, exploring, and bonding with her special people. She'll do best with dog-savvy children ages 13 and up who understand the importance of giving her space and allowing her to warm up at her own pace.

Clareece will benefit from continued positive socialization with both people and other dogs to help her feel more secure in the world around her. Training classes are required and will be a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your bond, build her confidence, and help her develop important life skills.

If you have a patient heart and a loving home, Clareece could be the perfect companion for you. She may need a little extra time to come out of her shell, but sometimes the most special friendships are the ones that grow slowly. Give Clareece the chance to feel safe, and help her discover just how wonderful life can be!

These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
