Phoebe is located in Mississippi and will be transported north once her adoption is finalized. Virtual meet and greets can be done via Zoom or Facebook messenger for approved adopters. We do NOT charge transport fees and our adoption fees are currently waived for the PERFECT home. Please note that due to long distance adoptions, we require veterinary references that demonstrate excellent care of previous/current pets.
