WARNING: BUTTERS (yes, from South Park- you’ll under once you meet him) may cause an overwhelming amount of puppy love!

Butters, is a blue AND green eyed ball of love. He’s the cute, ornery (in a good way) hilarious puppy I’ve ever fostered, and honestly, he’s a couple of days away from being a foster fail.. so adopt while you can.

Butters is:
Nearly potty trained
Sleeps ALL NIGHT in his kennel
Loves children
Loves other dogs

Butters is ready to find his forever family. If you’re looking for a sweet, well-mannered pup who will steal your heart (and probably your spot on the couch), Butters is your guy!

ADOPTING A DOG
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).

If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.

We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. Please visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FriendsofKCKAS/ for more info about weekend adoption hours, events and available pets.

We are open Monday through Friday by appointment only. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
