Huckleberry - Terrier and Beagle Dog for Adoption

Meet Huckleberry!

Huckleberry is a 3-month-old, 15 lb Beagle Terrier mix with a big personality and plenty of puppy energy! This playful little guy loves attention and is happiest when he has people around to entertain him. His favorite thing in the world is playing with his squeaky ball, and he'll happily keep the fun going as long as you'll let him!

Huckleberry is good with people, kids, and other animals. He's still getting comfortable with the sights and sounds of the outdoors, especially big noises, and he's working on his leash skills. He's a fast learner, though, and with patience and positive encouragement, he'll continue gaining confidence.

Like any young puppy, Huckleberry is also in the middle of teething, which means pretty much anything he can find may look like a great chew toy! He'll need a family ready to help him learn what's appropriate to nibble on while giving him plenty of toys and playtime to keep his busy puppy brain and body occupied.

Huckleberry is a fun-loving, affectionate puppy who is ready to find a family that will help him grow into the wonderful dog he's meant to be!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
