Oak - Collie and Beagle Dog for Adoption

Meet Oak! Oak is a 2-month-old, 12-pound male Collie/Beagle mix with a heart as big as his paws!

His superpowers include making sweet puppy eyes at you so you will give him anything, clumsy gallops and romping around playing with his foster siblings! Like most puppies, Oak plays hard and sleeps harder! In terms of potty training, we are working on his accuracy and we are sure he will improve given time. He is extremely treat-motivated which should make training easier.

Some of his favorite things include frozen stuffed kongs (great for easing the puppy teething pain!), squeaky toys and playing with his foster siblings. If you're looking for a sweet boy who will steal your heart then Oak might be your perfect match!

Oak is being fostered in Staten Island, NY and his adoption fee is $575.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

Their keen intuition and strong bond with their owners make them wonderful family pets and reliable working dogs in tasks such as herding livestock or in search and rescue missions.
