Meet Tank!

Tank is a 3-year-old, 8-lb long-haired Chihuahua mix who loves kisses and cuddles and being close to his people.

His superpowers include already being potty trained, well-mannered in the house and being his owner's sidekick. He is a little shy & prefers a quiet atmosphere where he can just lay down and cuddle with his human best friend!

Some of his favorite things are treats and small little toys he can carry around. He also loves a good bone to chew on.

If you're looking for the biggest lover who will greet you with full body kisses every time you walk in the door and loves spooning and snuggling at night and at naptime, he might be your perfect match.

Tank is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY and his adoption fee is $550.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
