This happy girl loves playing with toys, romping around with canine companions, and being part of the action. Whether she's chasing a favorite toy, exploring the outdoors, or greeting new friends, Kia brings fun and positive energy everywhere she goes.

Kia is looking for a home that will appreciate her social nature and playful spirit. At just the right size, she's easy to take along on outings while still being sturdy enough for hikes, walks, and backyard play sessions. She would love an active family that enjoys including their dog in everyday adventures and can give her plenty of opportunities to play and explore. Kia loves going on walks, rides nicely in a car, and is doing very well with both potty and kennel training in her foster home.

Kia is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $800 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Kia is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)

Please note, adoption applications are processed within 12 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.

Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
