Meet Oatmeal!


Oatmeal is a handsome 5-year-old, 42-pound Poodle mix who looks so much like a doodle that we can't help but wonder if there might be a little something else mixed in there. Whatever his recipe is, one thing is for sure-he's absolutely adorable!

Oatmeal is a silly, sweet gentleman with a wonderful personality. He can be a little shy and standoffish when he first meets you, but we think he has every reason to take his time. This sweet boy has clearly been through God knows what before finding his way to us, and he deserves the chance to feel safe and learn that he is finally okay. Once he warms up, his silly and loving personality starts to shine.

The kind people who found Oatmeal reported that he seems to be dog-friendly, so he may enjoy having a canine companion. As always, proper introductions would be important to make sure everyone is a good match.

Oatmeal is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and current on his preventions, so he's ready to find his forever home!

Oatmeal doesn't need someone to expect him to trust immediately. He needs someone willing to give him patience, kindness, and time while he learns that the hard days are behind him. In return, you'll get a goofy, sweet gentleman who is ready to show you just how special he really is.

Adoption fee is: $400

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
