Boomerang - Spaniel and Beagle Dog for Adoption in Buford, Georgia

This adorable little guy is Boomerang! He is about 5 months old and 15 lbs, and he is all puppy!

Boomerang and his sister were in a crowded shelter and were so scared that they could not be handled initially. They were deemed "Rescue Only" due to their extreme timidness.

We were able to get them out and place them in a wonderful foster home where they quickly started to come out of their shells. Boomerang is the more outgoing of the two, and he has turned into a happy and playful little guy when in familiar surroundings!

Boomerang is being raised in a home with kids, other dogs, and even a cat.

Being with other dogs definitely gives him confidence and comfort, not to mention a playmate! So we are looking for a home that has another dog. We would also like for him to go to a home with a securely fenced yard. Since he may be skittish at first when he moves to a new home, the security of a fence is a must.

This little guy had a tough start and has only recently started to learn about living inside a home. He is working on his house training and will need a schedule and consistency to reach that goal. We require that our young puppies go to families where someone is at home a majority of the time, in order to give them proper training, socialization, and excercise that they need to grow into wonderful family members.
