Meet Lizzie!

Lizzie is 10 months old, 39 pounds, and has a personality that Husky lovers will recognize immediately. She may not look like a Husky, but she has that same intelligence, curiosity, adventurous spirit, and larger-than-life personality—all wrapped up in a smaller, short-coated package.

Lizzie is smart, confident, playful, and eager to learn. She isn’t hyper or overly active, but she is busy—especially with her nose! She loves to sniff, explore, and investigate everything around her, so she’s looking for a family who understands a curious, intelligent dog and will enjoy sharing adventures with her.

Once the exploring is done, Lizzie settles beautifully. More than anything, she wants to be with her person. She’s a true “stuck like glue” companion who loves being close. If you have a recliner, you may want to make sure there’s another one right beside it, because that’s exactly where Lizzie wants to be.
