Winnie - Shih Tzu Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

Thank you shelter staff and volunteers, pilot and ground transports. This tiny, neglected girl is a Shih Tzu of just 9 pounds and maybe 4 years old. Winnie comes to us from a shelter, neglected, unwanted and with a nasty case of mange, and probably some dry eye. Things are looking up for her now that she's a Dogwood dog. She will need some medical care, but will be adoptable when she's feeling better. Please check our social media pages for updates on Winnie.
