Meet Sunshine and Peaches, two absolutely precious senior sisters who are looking for a new place to call home. And these girls aren't just best friends, they're biological sisters and a BONDED PAIR who need to find their happily-ever-after together!

Sadly, Sunshine and Peaches were surrendered to the Humane Society of Oldham County after their beloved owner faced a heartbreaking transition into a care facility due to Alzheimer's and dementia. It's never easy when circumstances force a family apart, and we know these girls have a lot of adjusting to do.

But we're determined to help them find a new beginning filled with love, comfort, and all the snuggles their little hearts can handle!

Here's what you should know about these lovely ladies:

Almost 12 years young! These sisters may be seniors, but they still have so much love to give.

Double the sweetness! Sunshine and Peaches weigh around 25 pounds each and are currently carrying some extra weight. We're working on a healthy weight-loss plan, and their future family will need to help them continue that journey so they can feel their very best.

Dog-friendly! They do well with other dogs.
Cat-friendly! They do well with cats, too.
Potentially great with kids! These girls have never met a stranger, so they may do well with children.
Housetrained!
