All 22 pounds of this little overweight potato with legs is ready to find a home that will help him shed some of that extra weight, give him LOTS of attention, and keep those little senior teefies nice and clean!

Russell is 9 years old, and we consider him a Wirehaired Terrier mix. This distinguished little gentleman would be a great fit for just about any home. At his age and size, with proper care, he could have many more happy years ahead of him, potentially even another decade!

Russell has never met a stranger as far as humans go. He is selective with his canine friends and prefers calm, chill, larger dogs. We don't know about cats, but we are happy to test him for approved applicants with kitties. He's also housetrained, which means he's already got some excellent manners checked off his list.

Like all HSOC dogs, Russell goes home up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives.

Russell is also eligible for a FREE training session, although we don't expect this distinguished gentleman to need much more than plenty of love, attention, and maybe a few appropriately portioned snacks.
