This gorgeous 1-year-old Shepherd mix weighs 28 pounds and has a gentle spirit to match her sweet face. Twila takes her time getting acquainted with new things, preferring to observe before deciding she's ready to join the fun. Honestly, she's just very committed to making informed decisions.

She's discovering that walks can be adventures, people can be trusted, and trying something new isn't nearly as intimidating when you have someone patient cheering you on. Each little step forward is another reason to celebrate, and Twila is steadily finding her confidence.
