Honey is as sweet as her name! She's a 7-month-old, 40-lb. Shepherd mix and the biggest lover girl with a tail that never stops wagging.
She loves to give kisses and is curious about anything and everything, including all the noises and smells on her walks. She's getting better at being on a leash every day and only pulls when she sees another dog she wants to befriend.
She's a very good napper and loves to snuggle on the couch. She's also done very well only chewing toys, though she can be tempted by socks, and is especially fond of her emotional support stuffed banana. She's fully housebroken and had no accidents inside with help going outside regularly. She whines a little when she's first put in her crate but is getting better at sleeping through the night, especially if she gets lots of playtime during the day.
Honey is generally pretty gentle but doesn't quite understand how big she is, so a home with no small children would be best for her. She's friendly with dogs of all sizes, but plays pretty physically with them. She'd do well as the only dog in the house, soaking up all the attention, but would likely love a canine companion. She hasn't been cat-tested.
She loves to be your shadow and would love to be in a home with people there most of the time. She would also thrive in a home with a yard, though she's done great in a townhome with a small yard and walks. She returns friendly barks in the neighborhood but has not barked at nor shown aggression towards any people.
