Meet Her Royal Floofness- Miss Matcha!
Found at just five weeks old, living under pallets behind a Beans & Brews coffee shop, this tiny domestic medium-hair brown tabby survivor has traded her rough start for a life of luxury--and she expects the room service to continue.
This gorgeous medium-haired tabby girl may have a little Maine Coon somewhere in her family tree (emphasis on little--she is definitely not a full Maine Coon), but whatever her ancestry, she is one of the most stunning kittens her foster mom has ever seen.
Don't let the beauty fool you, though. Beneath all that fluff is a confident, ambitious leader with the heart of an explorer and the appetite of a competitive eating champion. She is extremely food motivated. Her favorite delicacy? Wet puréed cat food. She can hear a can opening from approximately three zip codes away. At mealtime, she has perfected a technique known as the "Tiny Bulldozer." Using her front paws, she gently but firmly pushes her two-siblings out of the way to ensure she receives the first, second, and possibly third helping. She believes sharing is important--as long as everyone shares with her.
When she's not conducting food-related negotiations, she's busy playing, wrestling, and lovingly bathing her siblings like the responsible big sister she believes herself to be. Despite her strong opinions about food distribution, she is incredibly gentle and does not bite or scratch. Because her life began in the wild, she will need a little patience while she learns that her new humans are trustworthy servants--I mean, companions. Once she settles in, her sweet nature and big personality shine through.
She must be adopted into a home with another cat, and her dream scenario would be going home with one of her brothers- Sweet Cream, Dulce (orange tabby mixes) or "foster brother" Chai (black DSH). Having a playful feline friend helps her feel confident and gives her a partner for wrestling matches, grooming sessions, and coordinated snack acquisition.
If you're looking for a kitten who is equal parts beauty queen, survival expert, loving sister, and tiny food-powered dictator, this remarkable girl is ready to rule your heart--and your kitchen.
