We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. Meet adorable Daizee! She’s a 7 month old spayed female (estimated DOB: February 2026), currently weighing around 30 lbs with some growing left to do! Daizee is being fostered in Houston, TX, but is available for out-of-state adoption by approved adopters.

If you’re looking for a puppy who loves everyone she meets, has a heart full of affection, and believes laps are meant for cuddling, Daizee might just be your girl!

Daizee (pronounced Daisy) is an absolutely precious, easygoing pup who is as sweet as they come. She loves people, gives the best kisses, and would happily snuggle in your arms like a baby. Her tail wags so enthusiastically that you can actually hear the swoosh-swoosh! She’s the kind of puppy who makes everyone smile and has a natural talent for stealing hearts.

Daizee is wonderfully social and loves her doggy friends. She has interacted beautifully with dogs ranging from 10 to 46 pounds. While she may initially be a little hesitant when meeting a new dog, a friendly introduction is usually all it takes to win her over. She enjoys moderate playtime, running around for a few minutes before settling down for some relaxed play. She’s also happy to see dogs while on leash and listens well when asked to keep moving.

She has also done well with a dog-friendly cat, offering tail wags and kisses, and has been lovely with the children she’s met. She’s a gentle puppy, although her enthusiasm for jumping into laps means she’ll benefit from some continued training around polite greetings.

And guess what? Daizee is already doing fantastic with the basics! She’s potty-trained, walks nicely on leash, and is comfortable with her crate. She may protest briefly when first crated, but settles down after a few minutes. Like any puppy, she’ll need supervision and guidance as she learns that sandals and other household treasures are not her personal toys.

Daizee would thrive in a moderately active home where she can enjoy walks, playtime, toys, and plenty of affection. She would likely do well in either an apartment or a single-family home. Another friendly dog could be a wonderful companion and help her continue building confidence, though it isn’t a requirement.

Daizee’s ideal home: A loving family ready for puppyhood, cuddles, laughter, and lots of kisses. She would be especially happy in a home with children or another friendly dog, but her adaptable personality means she has plenty of potential to fit into many different households.

She’s already mastered so many of the big things: people-friendly, dog-friendly, cat-friendly, potty-trained, crate-friendly, and leash-friendly. Now she just needs someone to teach her the little things and give her the forever home she deserves.
