Meet Samuel

Samuel is 8 months old and 32 lbs, and he’s finally getting the fresh start he deserves.

Samuel entered a shelter down South when he was just 2 months old and spent the next six months there, missing out on so many of the normal experiences a young puppy should have. Now he’s made his way up here for a second chance and the opportunity to finally find a family of his own.

With so much of his puppyhood spent in a shelter, Samuel had a lot to learn—but he’s been doing great! He’s still working on house training, so his new family will need a little patience while they learn his “signs.” Overnight, he’s SUPER in his crate with no accidents!

Samuel is great with other dogs, loves going for walks, and can play with a canine friend for hours. But he’s just as happy curling up on the bed with you for a long cuddle. He really is the best of both worlds.

We think Samuel could also do well with a dog-savvy cat with proper introductions and time to adjust.
