Meet Octavia a 6 month old 7 pound rat terrier mix!
Octavia was in a kill shelter in Texas, she had mange and most of her hair was gone, Project Hope saved her. With medical care, and a great foster mom taking care of her, she now has all of her fur back. She is in Michigan now, so she is ready to look for her furever home!!
