Meet Alison! Your Three-Legged Bundle of joy!
Alison is proof that a little adversity can't keep a happy girl down! This sweet, loving, and playful young pup is looking for a forever family to call her own.
Alison was suspected to be a stray when she was picked up by animal control after being hit by a car. She suffered severe injuries to her hind legs. Unfortunately, her left leg wasn't healing properly and ultimately had to be amputated.
But don't let her three legs fool you! Alison doesn't let that slow her down one bit! She walks just fine, runs fast, and can even maneuver a few steps. She keeps right up with the big dogs and doesn't seem to realize she's any different!
A Little About Alison:
* Approximately 10 months old
* 25 pounds

How Does She Get Along With Other Dogs?
Alison is currently being fostered with three much larger dogs, all weighing 65 pounds or more. She runs and plays right alongside them and isn't intimidated by their size one bit. When it's playtime, she's right in the middle of the action!
Potty Training?
Alison is approximately 75% potty trained. She understands that potty time means going outside and does a great job with the concept, but she still has occasional accidents. With consistency, patience, and continued training, she's sure to keep improving.
What Alison Is Looking For?
Alison is looking for a family with a fenced yard who will see past her missing leg and recognize the wonderful dog she is. She doesn't need sympathy; she needs someone willing to give her the love, patience, and forever home she deserves.
She's playful, happy, affectionate, and ready to start the next chapter of her life.
