Say Hello to Miss Clara!

Miss Clara is an approx. 6-year-old Panda Pug, weighing 16lbs, rescued from a commercial breeder and life of breeding. Miss Clara is a sassy, sweet and funny girl that is loving life and all the pets and attention she can get! She will happily sit beside you on the sofa if not on you! Just look at that face...she is a Beauty! Clara enjoys exploring the world around her with walks on a leash (temperature permitting) with her tail waving the entire time! Because of her love for adventure, she would do best in a securely fenced yard where she can safely satisfy her curiosity. She will steal your heart very quickly!! Her foster mom really thinks she is a Great Girl!

Clara resides currently with three resident dogs and a bird. She is great with all size dogs! Clara is doing well with house training and does go outside regularly to potty, but will need someone to keep her on a routine so she can be the best girl. Regression is expected when moving into a new forever home. Clara may be a little shy when you first meet her, but once she feels safe, she warms up quickly. Clara is kept in a play pen area (no crates for this girl) when foster family is not home, although she is not a fan. She would prefer someone that is home more than not. She does sleep in bed at night with her family!

Clara is Spayed, microchipped, has had a dental and UTD on vaccinations. When she had her dental, Clara did lose all her teeth except 3. When it is time to eat, all you need to do is wet her kibble approximately 30 minutes prior and she will happily gobble it up. She does, of course, enjoy some wet food on top.
