MY AGE: WEIGHT: 38lbs

MY STORY: Ivy is a beautiful poodle mix who was seized from a breeder in Alabama and is now getting the chance to begin a much softer, kinder life. We will have a better estimate on her age once she is seen by our veterinarian, but she is not a puppy and not a senior.

Our volunteers have already fallen in love with Ivy’s sweet, tender personality. She is friendly, social, and wants to be near people. There is something very gentle about her, the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart before you even realize it.

And then there are her eyes. Ivy has the kind of eyes that will absolutely melt your heart. After everything she has been through, she still looks at people with trust and softness, and that says so much about who she is.

Ivy is looking for an adopter who will give her patience, love, and the chance to settle into home life at her own pace. She has so much sweetness to offer and is ready for someone to show her what it feels like to be truly cherished.
