McGyver - Poodle and Maltese Dog for Adoption in Cottonwood, Arizona

Hi, I'm McGyver. I'm about 2 years old, 14.2 pounds, and apparently the humans have already figured out one of my special talents:

I'm an escape artist.

Personally, I prefer the term creative problem solver.

Gate? Interesting.
Fence? Challenge accepted.
Tiny opening you didn't even realize existed? I noticed it 20 minutes ago.

I'm a little shy when I first meet you, and I've got a few old scars that tell us life hasn't always been easy. I'm not sharing the details, though. A guy has to maintain a little mystery.

Give me some patience, let me figure out that you're one of the good ones, and there's a sweet little guy underneath all that caution.

I'm looking for a home that will keep me safe, give me time to settle in, and preferably not underestimate my engineering abilities.

The name McGyver seems pretty appropriate, doesn't it?
