Meet Shelby!

Shelby is a sweet 4 year-old (date of birth 9-20-2021) minature poodle mix girl. She is extremely affectionate with her people both men and women. She likes to sit next to her foster on the furniture and the bed. They've only crated her once as she has no destructive behaviors and does not potty in house. She gets along with her foster's dogs, but it takes her time to let them close, so proper introductions are beneficial. She may have been an only dog in her previous life. She enjoys being outdoors and walks well on a leash with no pulling. She may bark at a large dog she sees at park, but they are working on correcting that behavior. She loves her studies and benebones. She has not exhibited any resource guarding. She gets fed along with her foster's two bigger dogs without issues. She loves car rides especially when she nows she's going to the park. She does not seem inclined to wander off. Good health and coat. We believe she may be a light shedder, as we have seen no hair around the house. She will be fine with older kids, wags her tail and lets them walk and pet her. She also knows some basic commands.

Shelby will make a wonderful companion and family dog.
