Meet Kolby!

Kolby is a smart inquisitive 6 month-old Minature Poodle mix, who came to Saving Hope as a breeder surrender. He has been neutured and is up-to-date with his vaccines. He tends to be a little shy at first, but once you gain his trust he will be your faithful shadow. His loves include kids of all ages, lap time and sleeping at the end of the bed at night. He is crate trained, but prefers to sleep near his humans and hasn't caused any issues.

He also loves to use the doggy door to follow his foster siblings (dogs and cats) into the yard to play and explore. He’s still mastering potty training- the outside is just so full of exciting distraction! He walks pretty well on a leash- sometimes getting tangled in excitement. He comes when called and doesn’t try to run off.

Kolby would probably like a home where he has another animal companion, but it is not absolutely necessary. Based on his size he would probably be fine as an apartment pup so long as he still gets plenty of time to explore the great outdoors. Kolby will make a wonderful family pet and loving companion for many years to come.
