Pomeranian and Chihuahua Dogs Available for Adoption in Liberty, Missouri

Meet Lucy! This girl will be arriving on 4/21/2026 but we are accepting adoption applications for her in the meantime.

**Lucy will be spayed, vaccinated against Rabies, and heartworm tested prior to going to her new home. She has been given a canine distemper and bordetella vaccination along with a dewormer.**

Lucy will have an adoption fee of $100 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations given in shelter, dewormer, and heartworm test. This fee does NOT cover the cost of her Rabies vaccination. This additional fee is paid by her adopter, directly to the vet clinic at time of pick up.

The Liberty Animal Shelter is open Monday and Tuesday 10a to 5p, Wednesday through Friday 10a to 6p, and 10a to 3p on the weekends.

Pomeranians require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious double coat, which can come in various colors. Despite their small size, they are lively and confident, often displaying a curious nature and playful demeanor that endears them to their owners.
