**Dolly Parton will be spayed, vaccinated against Rabies, and FIV/Feline Leukemia combo tested prior to going to her new home. She has been given a feline distemper vaccination and dewormer.**
Dolly will have an adoption fee of $105 with an approved adoption application. This fee will cover the cost of her spay, vaccination given in shelter, dewormer, and FIV combo test. This fee does NOT cover the cost of her Rabies vaccination, this additional fee is paid by her adopter, directly to the vet clinic at time of pick up.

The Liberty Animal Shelter is open Monday and Tuesday 10a to 5p, Wednesday through Friday 10a to 6p, and 10a to 3p on the weekends.
