Meet Koby — with a K! This adorable 7-year-old, 11-pound fluffy little guy is as easygoing and lovable as they come. Koby came to us as a stray from the Central Valley, and despite whatever life may have thrown his way, he has remained nothing but sweet, happy, and ready for his next adventure.

We’re not exactly sure what his breed mix is, but our best guess is a blend of Pomeranian, long-haired Chihuahua, and maybe even a little Spaniel. Whatever the recipe, the result is one incredibly soft, adorable companion with a gentle soul and a face that’s impossible not to love.

Koby is dog and cat friendly and would likely do great in a home with respectful children past toddler age. He’s been doing well with both house and crate training and settles in nicely once he feels comfortable. He enjoys going for walks, rides great in the car, and is happiest simply being near his people getting scratches and attention.

As a fluffy boy, Koby will need regular brushing to keep his coat looking and feeling its best, but he seems more than happy to soak up the extra pampering. He’s the perfect match for someone looking for a mellow, loyal little sidekick — the kind of dog who will gladly join you for errands, couch time, neighborhood strolls, and all the simple moments in between.
