(DOB 05/15/2026) Due to Trixs's young age, she has not been spayed yet. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1-hour drive time of Wake Forest, NC).
Trix is a perfect little princess who is ready to find her forever kingdom! This adorable girl is the total puppy package and already house trained, crate trained, good on a leash, and is absolutely convinced that everyone she meets is her new best friend. She has never met a stranger and loves people of all kinds!
She's a gorgeous little “uni-color” princess! Her beautiful coat, sweet little nose, and even her eyes are all shades of warm, light brown, giving her a truly unique look. And those golden eyes? They practically sparkle in the sunshine! Trix is one beautiful girl who is guaranteed to turn heads wherever she goes.
Trix loves her foster brothers and sisters and enjoys having canine friends. Having another playful dog in the home at Trix's age is what she is really looking for; learning all kinds of doggie things from an older furry brother or sister is the best way for Trix to grow up into a wonderful young adult pup.
She's playful, curious, and loves exploring her fenced backyard, although a fenced yard isn't required. She even prefers a little privacy when it's potty time...some things are simply a princess's business! If no fence, her family will need to ensure plenty of walks and playtime. So a home with someone home a good chunk of the time is needed at her age; long stints of "alone time" is not what she's loooking for. Trix is also getting used to car rides so a little nervous at first but settles in as a great little companion.
Because she's a playful, energetic pup, older kids or teenagers would be the best match for her happy-go-lucky play style. Cats haven't been tested yet. Tris is ready to join a home with a furry sibling and be the little princess of a fun family. Sweet, social, well-mannered, and full of puppy charm; this little princess is pretty darn close to perfect!
As part of Trix's $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered. If you have questions about this sweet girl, you can email: Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org.
