Adopt Yosemite, affectionately known as Yo Yo! Yosemite is a 4 to 5 month old puppy who is barely over 15 lbs and the runt of his litter, so we expect he may stay on the smaller side. He also has the cutest ears that point in two different directions.
Yo Yo is sweet, content, happy go lucky and super affectionate. He loves cuddles, neck scratches and being held like a baby, and he even makes the sweetest little purring sounds when he’s extra cozy. He is also a professional splooter when he’s happy or sleepy.
He is very social with dogs and people, loves to run and play, and learns quickly by watching the four dogs in his foster home. He is curious and confident, with very little that seems to faze him. Cats are unknown.
Yo Yo is crate trained, sleeping about 10 PM to 6:30 AM with one quick potty break, and is doing excellent with housebreaking. He even rings bells at the back door when he needs to go out.
He does great in the car and happily allows ear cleaning, baths, nail trims and having his paws handled and cleaned.
He is gaining confidence on leash and mostly saves his barking for playtime. He is teething, so he loves his chews and toys, and he definitely loves his food too. Currently prefers lamb puppy food.
