Meet Lita!
1 year, 8 months old
Terrier/Pit mix
Female
Approximately 50 pounds

Lita was surrendered to the shelter because of her person's new landlord rules. Now she's settling into foster life and showing everyone what a gentle, loving girl she is.

Her favorite things? Belly rubs, staying close to her people, a good chew stick, and the occasional crunchy carrot or ice cube. Simple pleasures, happy girl!

Lita is still building her confidence. She walks nicely on leash outside, and is learning how fun being outside can be! A patient family can help her discover that adventures can be safe and fun, too.

She previously lived with a Chihuahua and did well around dogs at the shelter. On walks, she currently prefers to give passing dogs some space. Children haven't been tested, but her gentle, people-loving nature is encouraging. Cats are unknown.
