Animal Services, and if we're being honest... he's a staff and volunteer favorite.
Jack has found himself in our shelter multiple times through absolutely no fault of his own. The last time he was here, we watched him begin to struggle with kennel stress. We worried we were going to lose him. Then the day finally came—he got adopted! We were over the moon. We thought our sweet boy had finally found the loving forever home he deserved. Then recently, our hearts broke.
Jack was found tied to a pole in the blazing sun with nothing but a couple of Hot Cheetos and no water. We were relieved to see him alive. But devastated to learn that the forever home we celebrated wasn't forever at all. So now we're asking for something special.

We're searching for someone who will be committed to Jack for life. Someone who will cherish him as much as we do. Someone who sees the incredible dog hiding behind a kennel door and says, "That's my boy." Because Jack is truly something special.
