Ouija - Pit Bull Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Durham, North Carolina

Meet Ouija (or "Gigi" for short) from the Witching Hour Litter!

At just 10 weeks old, this spunky little girl is ready to cast a spell on your heart!

Ouija is the definition of a fun-loving adventurer. She's wonderfully curious about the world around her, full of spunky puppy energy, and absolutely loves being right near her people. Whether she's following you around the house or hanging out with the big dogs like a total pro, Ouija is happiest when she's part of the action.

And for such a little spellcaster, she's already mastered some impressive magic! Ouija is doing fantastic with her crate training and getting used to downtime in a structured routine.

True to her witchy name, she even comes with a magical signature trait: double dewclaws on her back legs that are equal parts weird and enchanting!

As she grows into her full powers, we're looking for a dedicated family who is excited to continue working with her on her ongoing socialization and training so she can become the best-mannered dog in the realm.

Ouija has that perfect mix of playful curiosity, sweet affection, and a confident spirit that makes her an absolute joy to be around.
The only thing missing from her magic potion? A family to call her own.

Could you be her happily ever after?

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
