Meet Dash

Named after Noah Kahan's "Dashboard" from The Great Divide album, we shortened his name to Dash, which is fitting because this little guy is always ready to dash off on his next adventure (or toward the nearest squeaky toy).

Dash and his siblings arrived at the shelter at just 2 weeks old, listed simply as "strays." Because they were so young, we don't know much about where they came from or exactly what breeds make up this adorable bunch. What we do know is that Dash has absolutely zero plans to let that define his story.

Dash is curious, confident, and has the kind of joyful puppy energy that makes every day a little more entertaining. He's convinced the world exists solely for exploring, and he's determined to inspect every stick, toy, blanket, and suspicious-looking leaf along the way. He's never met a person he didn't want to say hello to or a toy he didn't think deserved a taste test.

He's been living with older, bigger dogs in his foster home and has done a wonderful job respecting their boundaries while still keeping everyone entertained with his goofy puppy antics. He loves people, enjoys playing with his siblings, and is always up for whatever adventure comes next.

Like any puppy, Dash is looking for a family that's excited to start from the very beginning. That means potty training, crate training, teething, socialization, learning good manners, and helping him grow into the incredible dog we know he's capable of becoming. Raising a puppy isn't always easy-but it's one of the most rewarding journeys you can take.

Much like the song he's named after, Dash reminds us that life isn't about having everything figured out-sometimes it's about enjoying the ride, embracing the detours, and finding joy in the little moments along the way.

If you're looking for a best friend who will happily join you for every adventure (and probably insist on carrying one of your socks there), Dash is ready to ride shotgun for life.
