Carl - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Dallas, Texas

Hi! I'm Carl! I'm 5 1/2yrs old and I'd love to be your new best friend! I'm a big meatball who likes to start my day with breakfast before chasing lizards in the backyard. It's probably my favorite activity outside of getting belly rubs!

My dad says I've got "medium energy" and that a morning walk does me good but I don't need one as long as I can hang out in the backyard for some time instead. I love playing with other doggos big and small, just not those cat things. My favorite toy is a ball, especially this cool soccer ball I recently got!

When I'm not playing outside or with other dogs I'd like to hang out by your side and be a couch potato. I won't jump on furniture unless you invite me but if you do invite me I'll cuddle real sweetly, I promise!
I'm crate trained and don't mind spending time there as needed. I naturally get tired around 8-9pm and if I can't sleep with you on the bed or on the floor next to the bed I'll happily put myself in the crate.

I was told to mention I know words like sit, back, no, and that I don't jump even though you can tell I want to. I do cute little hops instead to show my excitement! I'd love to show you all of my personality and how much love I have to give!
