male, large, senior
DESCRIPTION
Pippin is an 8-year-old big lovebug who wants nothing more than to lay on the floor and cuddle his humans. He is healthy as a horse and still bounds around chasing squirrels like a much younger dog. He is a shadow - he will follow you from room to room and loves to be a part of the family.
Pippin has a prey drive that makes him small dog and cat aggressive, and it is very important that he is an only pet. He is e-collar trained to help focus him on walks, but would do best with a yard to laze in. He is kennel trained and sleeps through the night until released... you don't even have to close the door! He does need to be fed salmon-based food due to some allergies.
He has zero human aggression (outside of barking at the mailman), loves attention and pets from all humans, and adores children - older children would be best simply due to his size. Pip is beloved by all he meets, and deserves to have a family all to himself to lean on (no, literally, he will lean all 85lbs on you for attention).
Please consider bringing this amazing pup into your home!
Pippin is participating in the iRehome program. All iRehome dogs are being rehomed by their current owner. All iRehome behavioral and medical information is provided by the dog's current owner. TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with the current owner prior to completing the adoption process.
