Meet Ashe — a strikingly beautiful grey and white American Pit Bull Terrier and Hound mix with the most magnificent oversized ears and a smile so full of pure joy it is simply impossible not to fall completely in love with her. This precious girl just arrived at the shelter on May 1st, and from the moment she got here it has been clear that this is a dog as special as she is adorable. Those ears alone are worth the visit — but everything else about her will seal the deal.
 
At just 9 months old Ashe already knows how to sit and is as eager to please as they come — a sweet, playful, and wonderfully responsive young girl who is going to soak up everything she is taught like a sponge. She is house trained, dog friendly, and wonderful with children, making her one of the most family ready and versatile young dogs at the shelter. The person who brings her home is going to be amazed every single day at what an extraordinary girl she truly is.
 
Ashe is heartworm negative and up to date on all of her vaccines, and she will be spayed prior to adoption — ready for the loving home she so deserves the moment the right person says yes. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
