Dixie - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Upper Sandusky, Ohio

Dixie is a spayed female Mixbreed who is now looking for a new home. She came to the shelter as a stray so we do not know anything about her past. She does well with the other dogs in her kennel but we do not know how she is with cats or small children. She is working on her house-training and leash training skills while she waits for a new home. We are guessing her to be just around a year old, maybe a little younger. WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1 Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)

Step 2 Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
