Mixed Breed

Upper Sandusky, Ohio
May 4th
female, small, adult
DESCRIPTION
Bella is a small mixbreed who is looking for a new home. She came to the shelter after her former owner's health declined. We were told she was used to being around dogs and cats, but we have no idea how she is with children. Bella is working on her house-training and leash training while she waits for a new home.
If you're interested in meeting her/him please call (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.
WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process
Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)
Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
