DESCRIPTION

Meet Hardy

This beautiful 11 month old - 45 lb Blue Heeler boy is the definition of a gentle, happy soul. Hardy might act like an old man sometimes-waking up slow, stretching like he's 90-but don't let that fool you... give him a minute outside and he's off with the cutest zoomies before settling in for snuggles and a well-earned nap.

About Hardy:
Housebroken - no accidents!
AMAZING on a leash (seriously, perfect!)
Great with kids and other dogs
Loves toys (especially squeaky balls )
Not destructive
Smart and learns boundaries quickly
Off-leash trained and comes when called

NO CATS OR WILD ANIMALS. He has a prey drive.

Hardy is such an easy, happy companion. He's just as content lounging on the couch as he is playing in the yard. He's also a little goofy-his reflection sometimes startles him, which leads to some surprise barks that will definitely keep you entertained

He eats like he's in a race (we're working on that with a slow feeder!), loves attention, and is soaking up all the love in foster care.

No cats
Fostered in Greenleaf, WI

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
